I’m not able to find the vendor code used in the iOS app to upload apple health data. It appeared in a pop up when I first enabled the integration, but doesn’t appear to be listed anywhere after.

Brit, you should be good now. I fixed a bug where the Disconnect button was disabled.
Let me know if you have any other issues.

Hey Brit, you can disconnect Apple Health and connect it again to get a new code.
I'll push an update tomorrow that puts the code on the Integrations page too in case this happens to others.

Matt: hey Matt thanks for the quick response. It occurred to me to try that, but on both my iPhone and iPad my tap doesn’t toggle it off. Sorry for not including that in the description.
